Refund tiers

• More than 48 hours before departure — free cancellation, 100% refund.
• 24–48 hours before departure — 50% refund.
• Less than 24 hours before departure — no refund.

How refunds are processed

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Instant refunds are used wherever the payment method supports them; otherwise refunds settle within 5–7 working days.

How to cancel

Open My Trips, select the booking and choose Cancel — or contact support and we'll take care of it. The applicable tier is determined by your scheduled pickup time at the moment of cancellation.

Some packages may carry their own policy, shown on the package page before you book. Where they differ, the package-level policy applies.
