1. The service

YatraCabs provides curated destination sightseeing packages fulfilled by verified local driver partners. A booking confirms the itinerary, cab category, travel date and fare shown at checkout.

2. Bookings & payment

Fares are fixed at booking and include the inclusions listed on the package page. Applicable GST is shown at checkout. Payment is processed by our payment partner; we do not store card details on our servers.

3. Cancellations & refunds

Cancellations follow our Cancellation Policy. Package-specific policies, when shown at booking, take precedence.

4. Traveller responsibilities

• Provide accurate traveller and contact details at booking.
• Be reachable on the provided phone number on the travel date.
• Treat vehicles and drivers with due care; local laws apply throughout the trip.

5. Itinerary changes

Drivers may adapt routes for traffic, weather or safety. Spots that become inaccessible (closures, weather) may be substituted where practical.

6. Liability

We arrange transportation services through independent driver partners. Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the affected booking, to the extent permitted by law.
